All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you through our trusted production partner network. Because each item is created after your order is placed, please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing & Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Most orders are produced within:

• Posters and unframed wall art: 2–5 business days

• Framed wall art: 2–5 business days

• Mugs: 2–5 business days

• Tote bags: 2–5 business days

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to you.

Your order is fulfilled through our production partner network, allowing products to be produced and shipped from locations that can efficiently serve your region.

Australia

Wall Art

• Economy shipping: approximately 4–5 business days

• Express shipping: approximately 3–4 business days

Mugs

• Economy shipping: approximately 4–5 business days

Tote Bags

• Economy shipping: approximately 4–6 business days

• Express shipping: approximately 4–5 business days

International Orders

International delivery times vary depending on your destination, production location, courier availability, customs processing, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple Item Orders & Separate Shipments

If you order multiple products, including product bundles, your items may be produced at different production facilities.

As a result, your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, Words & Canvas cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

• Customs processing

• Public holidays

• Circumstances outside our control

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $120 AUD.

Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@wordsandcanvas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the problem and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Words & Canvas is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
