Orders and Payment

Once payment has been received and your order enters production, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to our made-to-order production process.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for personalised products due to change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or ordering the wrong product.

Our products are produced and shipped through trusted fulfilment partners, including Gelato.

To complete your order, necessary information may be shared with our fulfilment partners, including order details, shipping information, and personalisation details required to create your product.

We aim to provide accurate delivery estimates; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Words & Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, customs processes, or circumstances outside of our control.
